COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases of digital courses and digital products are non-refundable. Due to the immediate and ongoing access nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase is complete.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Results from any course or digital product are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend entirely on the individual effort, commitment, consistency and application of the purchaser. Katie Kuperman makes no promise or representation that any specific result will be achieved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, materials, videos, workbooks, templates, guides and digital downloads are the exclusive intellectual property of Katie Kuperman. Purchasers are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Content may not be reproduced, shared, resold, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Katie Kuperman.

All courses and digital products are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing contained within any course or digital product constitutes legal, financial, medical or professional advice of any kind.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are listed in USD. Katie Kuperman reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
ACCESS
Upon successful payment, access to digital courses will be granted through the designated student platform. Katie Kuperman reserves the right to revoke access in the event of a breach of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course content.
1:1 COACHING SERVICES
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking platform. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Coaching sessions are provided for educational and developmental purposes. Katie Kuperman offers guidance, frameworks and expertise based on her professional experience. Coaching does not constitute therapy, counselling, legal advice or financial advice.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Katie Kuperman will treat all personal and professional information shared during coaching sessions as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. Progress and results depend on the client’s own effort, implementation and circumstances.
BOOK AUTHORSHIP AND PUBLISHED WORKS
COPYRIGHT
All books, written works, articles and content authored by Katie Kuperman are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or use of any portion of her published works without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
PURCHASING BOOKS
Books purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. Any books purchased directly through this website are non-refundable once shipped or digitally delivered.
SPEAKING AND APPEARANCES
Inquiries regarding speaking engagements, school visits, media appearances or professional events may be directed to [email protected]. All bookings are subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, fees and terms.
